30ish minutes? Difficult to time with 3 of us on bands for HSPUs and only 1 pull up bar, tried to stay on the anerobic side of life. Switched to purple band at 7 PUs...NO L PUs. This has not been a good week for CF and me.

15:45 HSPU not Rx - used the a rest to place feet on and performed HSPU with body in an L shape. Getting closer to Rx HSPU though.
